We at Sandron Hair Group Pty Ltd of 102 Randall Road, Wynnum West, Brisbane, Australia.
ABN 70 728 622 949, are committed to offering our Customers and Clients the best products available and the most efficient service.
If you have placed an order with Sandron Holdings Pty Ltd, and it is the wrong order or not your colour, we will give you 100% money back or an online store credit. Notification must be made within 24 hours of receiving goods.
If the goods have been damaged in transit, we offer you a complete replacement, goods to be returned to Sandron Holdings Pty Ltd.
Refunds will only be credited to the original debit or credit card. Please keep all receipts for proof of purchase.
Please note we cannot accept goods we believe have been used.
If you have requested an exchange, you are welcome to call into our studio if you live locally OR send item to us and we will forward exchange item to you within 7 days.
Our shop hours are Monday to Saturday by appointment only in studio. Our postal days are Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays.
- Sandron Holdings Pty Ltd offers Free Express delivery for all orders over $100 Sent via Aramex, Australia Post
- $10.00 delivery on orders under $100
- Order before 12pm AEST Monday-Friday and your order will be sent same day
- Orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched next business day
- You will be received and email with tracking number as soon as your parcel is packed in our warehouse
- Most parcels will arrive within 1-2 business days, Regional areas can take 5-7 business days
- We offer several shipping options, Aramex, Australia Post , most offering next day delivery to selected post codes
- Once a parcel leaves our warehouse Ginja B are no longer liable for that parcel being lost or damaged in transit
