Refund & Exchange Policy

Clothing and Jewellery Returns/Exchange:

At Sandron Holdings we want you to happy when dealing with us! We understand that sometimes clothing items don’t look as good or fit as well as expected!
We are happy to either give you a full refund, credit note or exchange. Whichever works for you! Please remember there is NO REFUND on SALE Items or Jewellery.

Make-up Return:

If you have changed your mind on a product that has NOT been used, or opened, then you may contact us for a store credit minus shipping costs and 20% restocking fee. Please note we cannot accept change of mind returns after 7 days of receipt.

Change of mind returns are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. If you received your order on free shipping terms, and returning this item reduces your order that makes you subject to a shipping fee, and this shipping fee will also be deducted from your order.

NOTE: We have a NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on Sale or Clearance Items.

Home Décor:

Should your Home Décor item be received damaged or you are not satisfied with the item/s you purchased please contact us immediately. For damaged stock we will require a clear photo image of the damaged item. Any Home Décor items are to be return within 7 days or receipt. If you wish to return any item/s you have purchased, you can return the item/s at your cost within 7 days of receipt.

Sale or reduced to clear items are unable to be return, unless the product is faulty or defective.

General Information on Returns:

Cost of shipping the return product is at the expense of the customer. We request you use a method of shipping that includes tracking so you can verify it’s return. If tracking is not used and we do not receive the product/s back, we are unable to process the refund. Ensure the products are safely packaged to ensure no damage during transit. We are unable to process refunds on stock damaged in transit back to us.

If you are returning any item, please fully complete our Returns Form which we sent with your item or you can download from our website.

All items are to be returned in the original packaging.

On receipt of any returns, we will process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will show up back in your account at a time dependent on your banking facility. Refunds must be processed in the same way they were purchased. Please note: when refunding via PayPal it can take up to 5 business days to show in your account.

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Sandron Holdings reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. A bank statement will not be accepted as proof of purchase.
